Hello you and you too!
Welcome to the renewed blog.
If you’ve been around for a while you may have noticed that I’ve changed the colours around. It is the first time that I’m doing (nearly) everything on my own, so it might not be perfect but… IT’S MINE! 🙂 – thanks to Bartosz for the precious help with the profile pic!
(Also, it may not look like anything special to you but it took a lot of hard work to get here.)
I don’t really know where to start but I got news! I’ve got a new job ⭐
I would like to share the experience of being unemployed at 29 and all the up and downs I’ve encountered during this journey. I am not, in no way, shape or form, a lifestyle influencer (instead of a fashion or beauty, are you following?!) but I got to admit that I’ve gained some experience with all the interviews I’ve attended and became a pro on sudden mood swings.
It’s quite natural for humans to feel threatened by change. It’s when you think you got you’re life sorted and then someone changes the plans. We spend our whole lives creating habits and routine in order to make it easier to proceed with the most mundane tasks. Suddenly, it all changes. And now what?
In Portugal we say: “First it amazes you, then it gets into your veins” (Fernando Pessoa).
It was nearly 2 months of an extensive and intensive search. A lot of days where I woke up with the biggest dreams and then I’d watch them being crushed by the end of the day. But it also was a lot of frustrating days and a lot of good things happening at the same time.
So I just want to share that I’m ok, very very happy and the following posts (besides having to post about Bali – I love that my travel posts are always released a year after the journey, but who’s counting?!) I will be giving you tips on how to search effectively and being productive during your job haunt and will try to help one of you in a time of need.
Stay tuned for the next chapter… 🙂
🇵🇹
Gostei! Muito bem! Muito sucesso para esta nova fase profissional! Força!

Ahh, you’re from Portugal! I’ve always wanted to visit Portugal 🙂 Updating blog, at least for me, always feel so much fun! Plus, I’m never really satisfied and always want to modify it! :)) But as you said, the most amazing part is that you do it yourself!

Aw yes, I’m portuguese. I do understand what you’re saying about updating a blog, but if you were so crap at design as me you’d understand my frustration haha! Thank you 🙂
